HOUSE CLEARANCE

From your telephone call or email, we will contact you to discuss the requirements of your house clearance job.

We will ask you about the size and the location of the property and confirm parking and access to the building.

We will ask you if there is anything large or unusual in the property. We expect things like wardrobes & washing machines, it does help however if we know in advance that there is a piano, or a car in the garage for removal, etc etc

We will agree a fee. (we may need to view the job/property for this)

We will agree a date and a time for the house clearance, and we will meet you at the property. Or if you can't be there, then we will obtain details of your solicitor or estate agent and contact them to discuss obtaining the keys.

That's it. You don't have to do anything else before the house clearance.
